Crystal sat, starting the story. "Years ago, there was peace here. Then evilcame. We were sent off to scout for them, and we saw many dark horses storming towards our land, we were too late to warn them. We were all put into stone cages." she took a breath, and shadow continued. "Than demons came, attacking us as we were helpless. Their horses entered, and diablo was my captor. i heard the screams. They were torturing my herd. He gave me this scar. He cut it, poured poison into it. I kept crystal hidden, so she wouldnt be attacked." a tear slidf down her cheek. 'the cats bit at me, and diablo attacked me. i turned, and saw my mother. i screamed, slamming into the cage stone. i saw them kill our leader, and then the rest. finally, i saw my mother die, with a kick to the head. i ran, and crystal ran next to me. We slammed into the rock covering the tunnel to the land above the caves. it shattered, and we ran, off into the suns rise, the screams still echoing in our ears. Its hard to think that just before the sun set, we were all grazing and playing happily. That one night destroyed them forever. Destroyed me." she closed her eyes and took in a deep breath.

HolliStar trotted over," Hello what happened to the fight?"

The sabertooths sat like tame house cats with Flame among them

Cynder's tail swished round in sympathy, but she did nothing more to comfort her.. this didnt seem like a horse that wanted sympathy to be shown openly..

firebird and red licked eachother's wounds. they were closer than the others were to eachother. Red saved Fire once..she almost drowned during a flood on thier old lands..

Shadow shook her head, asd if trying to rid herself of the memory. "i dont know." she said, looking around.

crystal sat up, shaking, and angel nuzzled her. "You didnt have to do that." she mumured to her, eyes worried.

Shadow ignored him, closing her eyes and consentrating hard. "stop resisting, crystal!" she exclaimed, exasperated, and crystal weakly flicked her tail.
